Terms of Service

We provide Airbnb turnover, vacation rental cleaning, laundry, restocking, and related hospitality services in the Miami-Dade area. Scope, pricing, and frequency are confirmed in writing per booking.

Bookings must be confirmed in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price. No-shows or lock-outs are billed in full.

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late balances over 14 days may accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

If a guest reports a cleanliness issue within 24 hours of check-in, we will re-clean the affected areas within 2 hours at no charge, where reasonably possible.

We carry general liability insurance. Pre-existing damage must be disclosed. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the property and disclosing hazards (pets, security systems, fragile items). We may decline service in unsafe conditions.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. All site content is owned by us or our licensors.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Venue for any dispute lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
